Cherry-Glazed Donuts

Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp butter (melted)
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp Albero D’oro Cherry Syrup
  • Albero D’oro Marasca Cherries (for garnish)

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a donut pan.


Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Combine with milk, eggs, and butter until smooth.


Pour batter into the pan and bake for 10-12 minutes. Cool.


Mix powdered sugar and cherry syrup to create a glaze. Dip donuts in glaze and top with marasca cherries.

Cherry-Drizzled Ricotta Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 2 large eggs (separated)
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • Albero D’oro Cherry Syrup (for drizzling)
  • Albero D’oro Marasca Cherries (for garnish)
  • Butter or oil (for cooking)

Instructions

In a bowl, whisk flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
In another bowl, mix ricotta, milk, egg yolks, and vanilla until smooth. Combine with dry ingredients.
Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form, then gently fold into the batter.
Heat a skillet over medium heat and lightly grease. Pour batter and cook until bubbles form; flip and cook until golden.
Serve with a generous drizzle of Albero D’oro Cherry Syrup and garnish with marasca cherries.

Cherry Almond Croissants

Ingredients

  • 6 pre-made croissants
  • 1/2 cup almond paste or almond cream
  • 1/4 cup sliced almonds (toasted)
  • Albero D’oro Cherry Syrup (for drizzling)
  • Albero D’oro Marasca Cherries (for garnish)

Instructions

Slice croissants in half and spread almond paste inside.
Warm in the oven at 350°F for 5-7 minutes.
Drizzle with Albero D’oro Cherry Syrup, sprinkle with toasted almonds, and top with marasca cherries.

Cherry Cheesecake Bites

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/3 cup melted butter
  • 16 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup Albero D’oro Cherry Syrup
  • Albero D’oro Marasca Cherries (for garnish)

Instructions

Preheat oven to 325°F. Line a mini muffin tin with liners.
Combine graham cracker crumbs and butter; press into the base of each liner.
Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs and mix until combined.
Pour batter over the crusts, swirl in Albero D’oro Cherry Syrup, and bake for 15-18 minutes.
Cool, garnish with marasca cherries, and chill before serving.

Cherry Vanilla Ice Cream Sundae

Ingredients

  • 2-3 scoops of vanilla ice cream
  • Albero D’oro Cherry Syrup (to drizzle)
  • Whipped cream
  • Albero D’oro Marasca Cherries (for garnish)

Instructions

Scoop ice cream into a bowl or sundae glass.
Drizzle generously with Albero D’oro Cherry Syrup.
Top with whipped cream and garnish with marasca cherries.

Cherry and Dark Chocolate Brownies

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter (melted)
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/3 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup Albero D’oro Cherry Syrup
  • Albero D’oro Marasca Cherries (for garnish)

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease an 8x8 pan.
Mix butter, sugar, and eggs until smooth. Add cocoa, flour, and salt.
Swirl in Albero D’oro Cherry Syrup and pour batter into the pan.
Bake for 20-25 minutes. Cool and garnish with marasca cherries.

Cherry-Glazed Roast Duck (Savory)

Ingredients

  • 1 whole duck (4-5 lbs)
  • 1/4 cup Albero D’oro Cherry Syrup
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tsp fresh thyme
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F. Season duck with salt, pepper, and thyme.
Roast for 1 hour and 20 minutes, basting with Albero D’oro Cherry Syrup mixed with balsamic vinegar during the last 20 minutes.
Serve with additional cherry syrup and marasca cherries for garnish.

Cherry Mascarpone Tart

Ingredients

  • 1 pre-made tart crust
  • 1 cup mascarpone cheese
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup Albero D’oro Cherry Syrup
  • Albero D’oro Marasca Cherries (for garnish)

Instructions

Bake tart crust as directed and let cool.
Whisk mascarpone and sugar until smooth. Spread into the crust.
Drizzle with Albero D’oro Cherry Syrup and garnish with marasca cherries.

Cherry Syrup French Toast

Ingredients

  • 4 slices of brioche
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Butter (for cooking)
  • Albero D’oro Cherry Syrup (for drizzling)
  • Albero D’oro Marasca Cherries (for garnish)

Instructions

Whisk eggs, milk, and vanilla in a bowl. Dip brioche slices in the mixture.
Cook on a buttered skillet until golden.
Serve with Albero D’oro Cherry Syrup and marasca cherries.

Cherry Panna Cotta

Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp gelatin

Instructions

Heat cream, milk, sugar, and vanilla until warm. Dissolve gelatin and stir in.
Pour into ramekins and chill for 4-6 hours.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1 tbsp butter (melted)

  • Whipped cream or mascarpone
  • Albero D’oro Marasca Cherries (for garnish)

Instructions

Blend flour, eggs, milk, and butter until smooth.
Cook crepes in a non-stick pan until golden.
Drizzle with Albero D’oro Cherry Syrup, add whipped cream, and garnish with marasca cherries.

Cherry Pavlova

Ingredients

  • 4 egg whites
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp cornstarch
  • 1 tsp vinegar
  • Whipped cream

Instructions

Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form. Gradually add sugar, cornstarch, and vinegar.
Shape into a meringue on parchment and bake at 250°F for 1 hour.

Ingredients

  • 1 scoop vanilla ice cream
  • 1/2 cup craft cola or sparkling soda
  • 1 tbsp Albero D’oro Cherry Syrup
  • Albero D’oro Marasca Cherries (for garnish)

Instructions

Add a scoop of ice cream to a glass.
Pour soda over and drizzle with cherry syrup.
Garnish with marasca cherries.
